A timeless, classic color combination that I love, blue and white, was seen everywhere this High Point Market. As I mentioned before that blue and white never goes out of style, and every year the designs using this color scheme gets better and better!
I believe that since Pantone announced Monaco Blue as one of its Spring 2013 color trends, that has been a reason why I saw so many showrooms showcase this classic color scheme. There is a casual elegance about blue and white that makes you feel right at home–a calm, soothing appeal. There is also a beautiful blend with the contrasting colors, that makes you feel warm and happy.
So will we be seeing even more of this classic color scheme? I believe so! As they say, what we see at market, trickles down into the homes (just like fashion and the runway). And I for one, look forward to seeing more of the classic blue and white color scheme in interior design. What about you, are you a fan?
